Some things are worth getting up early for. The first one is a cup of tea and the second is the promise of a pulled pork pitta. This pork is dry rubbed with coffee and cooked all day. You're welcome.

We do like a fruity loaf. I made up this recipe on the hoof but it worked out just right for Sunday breakfast.

I am really very pleased with this recipe; I think it worked out rather well. Creamy and wobbly and rich with coffee flavours.
