These were destined to be apple and ginger, but they became caramel apple tarts and I can't see anyone complaining.

No bogey flavour ones (these are not Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans): These are my Every Flavour Puddings.

These are a nice alternative to a mince pie. They give you that 'chocolate orange vibe' without having to tap-it-and-unwrap-it.

I spent Friday at the Seasoned Cookery School on a 'Brilliant Bakes' course hosted by Brendan, finalist in 2012's Great British Bake Off. The day started off very well with a slab of Brendan's homemade granola slice and a cup of tea.

Something for Shrove Tuesday or a Weekend breakfast: A light as a cloud, honey pancake that has whipped egg white folded in for extra oomph!

The concept of these cakes popped up inside my brain one night whilst I was trying, unsuccessfully, to get to sleep. My best ideas often appear that way. I wanted to use the new season British Timperley Rhubarb that had just appeared in the shops (as suggested by Claire) and it made sense to add […]
