This Weekend I made my first ever ice cream.
There are no eggs in this recipe and you don’t need an ice cream maker. It’s very easy and very, very rich because it’s pretty much an ice-cold ganache. Just a couple of spoonfuls is enough to satiate any chocolate craving.
I am going to play with the ingredients and cooking time and try this recipe again, because I think it needs a little work to make it perfect. I aim to make it softer and less fudgy…and with a little more coffee.
